Maintenance & repair
All temperature control equipment, whether refrigeration or air conditioning, needs to be regularly maintained to keep it fault-free and running efficiently.
If your cooling system isn't working properly, you need to call Garrox immediately, and we will send a qualified service technician to you to remedy the problem as soon as we can. Needless to say, established Garrox clients with regular maintenance schedules are given priority.
Preventative maintenance
The Garrox Group strongly believes that clients are better served by installations that are well-maintained than in need of repair. Therefore we encourage all our clients to implement a ongoing schedule of preventative maintenance.
In support of this endeavour, Garrox invests time and money in both research and development. In the near future we will be introducing a new methodology that will take monitoring and maintenance to a new level of client peace of mind.
